SEARCH FACILITY

There are many individuals and organisations that seek grants for a wide variety of worthwhile projects and causes. Prior to making any sort of grant application, it is important that you first identify the most appropriate Trust or Foundation to approach and then investigate the specific procedure for making an application.

It is difficult for Equity Trustees to advise on what Trusts or Foundations may be suitable for potential grant seekers. It is for this reason that a selection tool has been developed to help you match your funding needs with potential Foundations or Trusts.

Most of our trusts can only assist individuals who live in Victoria and charitable organisations with an office in Victoria. If you are outside of Victoria there is a specific selection option in the Category Search facility in order to identify suitable trusts.

Instructions:

There are three different ways to search.

• Full list search. This provides a full list of all available Trusts and Foundations. more
  
  
  
• Name Search. If you know the name or part name of a Trust or Foundation you wish to approach, you can do a direct name search. Type the first two or three letters of the name and click submit in the box below.



• Category Search. You can select a category from the drop down menu and submit your request. Please note that your trust may be located in more that one category. For example an aged care project for persons in necessitous circumstances could be assisted by a trust in either the Aged Care or Poverty Relief categories. Once you have a list of potential Trusts, please read carefully the Trust or Foundation guidelines and the application procedure. more
