The Significant Investor Visa is an initiative by the Australian Government. It provides an opportunity for people to migrate to Australia whilst benefiting the Australian economy.

This information is only relevant to Significant Investor Visa investors who have submitted their Visa applications post 1 July 2015.
WHAT IS THE SIGNIFICANT INVESTOR VISA?
The Australian Government's Significant Investor Visa (SIV) scheme offers an opportunity for high net worth migrant investors to apply for permanent residence. The visa conditions require a minimum investment of AU$5m for four years split acros a mandated set of SIV complying investments.
Investors applying under this Visa will need to prove that the funds in which they are investing are compliant. Equity Trustees has completed the Declaration Form 1413D for applicants applying under the Visa which provides requisite proof of a fund’s complying status.
The following Equity Trustees and EQT SGH Funds satisfy the eligibility requirements and qualify as complying investments:
