Recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 mean there are new options available to you as a unit holder as to how you elect to receive your communications.
Physical meeting documents will no longer be sent to you unless you request a copy to be posted.
We encourage you to provide your email address so we can communicate with you electronically when unit holder notices become available online including meeting documents, distribution statements, and annual reports. You can make a standing election or make an ad-hoc requests to receive some of your unit holder communications in physical or electronic form. Such unit holder communications include those related to a meeting of unit holders (for example notices of meeting) and a fund’s annual report. Unit holders may also elect not to receive annual reports.
