In accordance with the rules of the Australian Executor Trustees Wholesale Access Fund (“the Fund”), and further to our 22 September 2023 correspondence stating we were ceasing our AET Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Self-Managed Superannuation Fund Services (SMSF) effective 23 December 2023, we as the operator of the Fund are now providing you with written notice of the following:

• the Fund will be terminated 3 months from the date of this notice, being 30 June 2024, and
• in light of the above, your participation in the Fund will be terminated effective 15 May 2024.
